2. Description of Service

MarketPulse provides real-time market alerts and notifications for stocks, cryptocurrencies, capital trades, and SEC filings. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update any registration information

4. Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
